Cornish Brie

This Brie has a delicious mild and creamy flavour & melting smooth texture. The rich & creamy Cornish milk gives it a characteristic yellow buttery colour

Devon Blue

Devon Blue is an excellent blue cows milk cheese, which is wrapped in foil after a few weeks and left to mature for 6 – 8 months. It develops into a buttery rich yet moist and crumbly blue cheese, with a rounded depth of flavour.

Quickes Extra Mature Cheddar

An extra few month's of cheese maturing does wonderful things to this rich, rounded cheddar, producing a complex balance of flavours. Every truckle is handcrafted and cloth-bound by our team of nine expert cheesemakers.

Vulscombe Goats Cheese

Vulscombe is a soft, handmade, fresh, pasteurised goat’s milk cheese produced near Tiverton by Joyce and Graham Townsend.
