Covid 19 Policy

Dear Guest,

I would like to let you know some of the procedures we have put in place to keep yourself, family and our staff as safe as possible and minimise the risk of spreading COVID19 at the Queens Court Hotel.

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid - 19 that you call us to postpone your stay, which will be offered free of charge. We recommend that you follow the guidance offered on the Public Health England website for an up to date list of symptoms. Please note we have a wall thermometer as you enter into the main entrance, we politely ask you to use this on your way into reception. It has now become mandatory for everyone to wear face coverings when entering the hotel. This can of course be removed once you are seated in the bar or resturant for breakfast.

We have added Perspex screen to our reception desk area, so we can all keep our distance.

Hand sanitising stations are provided in reception and at several points throughout the hotel for your use. We politely ask you to use these entering the hotel.
